The Camerata and Amadeus Choirs have been invited to sing in a special performance in Carnegie Hall on June 29, 2008. They will be in residence in New York City from June 26 - June 30.
This trip is designed to fit into the choir's mission statement: The mission of the Los Robles Children’s Choir is to strive for excellence in choral singing by awakening and encouraging the artistry in each child. This exploration of the children’s artistic essence takes place in an atmosphere of mutual respect and encouragement. The performances give the singers an opportunity to share their musical achievements and artistic sensitivities with an audience.
It is for singers in Amadeus & Camerata Choir and a selected group of chaperones. Families wishing to hear their children perform in Carnegie Hall are welcome to make travel plans on their own.
The total land only portion of the trip will be $1260 per person for singers and $1160 per person for chaperones. This price will include 4 Nights Accommodations (Quad Basis for Singers and Double Basis for Chaperones/Patrons - see below). It also includes all Taxes & Service Charges, airport transfers, luggage handling for one bag per person, a night security guard hired especially for our group, 4 full American breakfasts, and the costs of the concert and reception as outlined below.
The Land and Air Package includes the above plus airfare on Continental Airlines.
This is a clarification regarding the airport/hotel transfers:
1) Eligibility for these transfers is for everyone who purchased the land package with only one exception. Those who are not able, due to individual travel arrangements, to board the bus with the group at the airport will forfeit this portion of the land package.
2) All chaperones are eligible to use the transfers if they are on the flight with the group.
