Saturday, March 10, 2012 (9:30 AM - 1:00 PM) Dress Rehearsal with Los Robles Master Chorale at Ascension Lutheran Church in Thousand Oaks.
Saturday, May 19, 2012 (10:00 AM-1:00 PM) Dress rehearsal at Ascension Lutheran Church in Thousand Oaks.
Our Spring Concert will be held at Ascension Lutheran Church this year instead of in the Samuelson Chapel at Cal Lutheran. The date and time have not been changed. However, the dress rehearsal will need to take place on Saturday, May 19 from 10:00-1:00 - NOT the afternoon of the 20th.
Camerata Choir will sing at University Village on Wednesday, April 4th at 7:00 PM. Call time is 6:00 PM.
Every singer needs to own a copy of the music theory workbook, A Young Singer’s Journey. Each book contains 40 lessons, a CD, a Sight Singing booklet, and a laminated piano keyboard. Each week the students will have a short lesson covering the material in this book and then will be assigned homework in order to complete the work.
Parents are required to indicate that this homework is completed each week by signing your initials on the designated page near the beginning of the book. When a lesson is completed with no mistakes, a sticker will be placed on this same page. It is up to you to make sure that your child goes back and corrects any mistakes that have been made.
Parents must help your children go back and correct any mistakes that have been indicated.
